At your first visit to Zwell Dental, our dentist will examine your teeth, gums, mouth, and jaw. We will review your medical and dental histories, as well as your general nutrition and wellness. Any questions or concerns you may have will be addressed.
If needed, your X-rays will be updated and reviewed. We may also take photographs or impressions of your teeth.
At the end of your appointment, any findings and recommended treatments will be discussed in detail. We will take great care in helping you to understand the status of your teeth, your treatment needs and options, treatment risks and benefits, associated costs and payment options.
Before your first appointment, we ask that you complete new patient forms so we can review your dental and medical health history. You can access them online and fill them out from the comfort of your home or in our office before your appointment! In addition, our patient portal makes it easy to maintain records of your oral healthcare and review past and upcoming appointments when it’s convenient for you.
There are a variety of ways you can finance your oral health care at Zwell, including through dental insurance. We accept most insurance and our administrative team is happy to help you navigate the claim process.
